Privacy Policy

Mileham Mutual Aid is a grassroots community group volunteering support for neighbours during the COVID-19 outbreak.

NB Please do not upload information on behalf of others without their explicit permission.

The information captured by the Registration Forms will be used for the purposes of the group - to connect volunteers working in the same area, and to match volunteers to members of the community seeking support.

Any information gathered, including sensitive personal data, will be held securely to current best practice. Data will only be retained as long as necessary for the operation of the group, or until you request deletion or your own data. All data will be deleted when the group is disbanded.

Retention of data will in any event be reviewed every three months throughout the life of the group.

Update

Mileham Mutual Aid has been adopted by Mileham Parish Council and so the Data Protection and Privacy Policy for MMA is subsumed within the Parish Council's policies. For the latest version of the Parish Council's policies, please visit their website.
